Restore Hope is a 501(c)(3) nonprofit organization whose mission is to reduce incarceration and the need for foster care through a community-driven approach.
As a true collective impact organization, Restore Hope works with individuals and organizations from the private, public, and social sectors to work together toward building a better state. The organization provides a platform for individuals from every walk of life to work together to solve some of the most complex issues in our state.

Paul Chapman
Paul is the Director Of Restore Hope. He left a career as an executive at Fellowship Bible Church in Little Rock where he oversaw local and global rehabilitation and development efforts as well as directing grants through a member supported fund. He has been personally and professionally engaged in fostering, adopting, and prison reentry for twelve years.

Bill Dillard III
Bill is Vice President at Dillard’s, Inc., based in Little Rock, Arkansas, with responsibilities for the Beauty, Home and Accessories areas of the business. Since joining Dillard’s in 1994 he has worked in the areas of selling management, buying, product development and merchandising.

Ted Dickey
Ted Dickey is the principal broker for Lighthouse Asset Advisors, a real estate advisory company. He is a member of the University of Arkansas Board of Trustees and has served on the boards of the Metropolitan Housing Alliance, Our House Working Homeless Shelter, Little Rock Christian Academy, and was the former chairman of the Arkansas Ethics Commission. Ted is a Chartered Financial Analyst, attorney and was recently included as one of the top 250 most influential leaders in Arkansas.
